The publication highlights the speech of our founding partner Renato Dal Pian, explaining the removal of the wall on Avenida Mau\u00e1 in order to show all the &#8220;forgotten history&#8221; behind it and enable leisure and nautical recreation activities in the area. In the warehouses, the idea is to offer spaces for memory, culture, technology, gastronomy, and leisure.
