{"id":1919,"date":"2023-05-30T00:00:46","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T03:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/162.243.6.39\/?p=1919"},"modified":"2023-12-15T10:25:40","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T13:25:40","slug":"modulo-reboucas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dalpian.arq.br\/index.php\/modulo-reboucas-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Modulo Rebou\u00e7as &#8211; Nubank Headquarters"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Modulo Rebou\u00e7as &#8211; Nubank Headquarters<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>S\u00e3o Paulo \/ Brazil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2011 &#8211; 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Area: 14.240,00 sqm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On the corner of Avenida Rebou\u00e7as and Rua Capote Valente, in the Pinheiros district, the project is made up of 46 independent offices and a public theater.<\/p>\n<p>Situated in a squared conformation plot, the building is conceived as a single cube volume internally perforated by a continuous void which brings light and ventilation into the interior garden.<\/p>\n<p>The common areas of the program, such as the reception, the theater foyer and collective circulations, are located surrounding this central void.
