A planta circular do edif\u00edcio para o Registro Civil de Madri respeita as premissas r\u00edgidas de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecidas pelo Plano Diretor do novo Campus de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

O projeto se concebe ao entorno de um p\u00e1tio interno com jardins escalonados que articula e distribui as atividades no edif\u00edcio. Seu espa\u00e7o verde, transparente, di\u00e1fano e perme\u00e1vel\u00a0 \u00e0s vis\u00f5es do Campus torna vis\u00edvel seus acontecimentos e refor\u00e7a a proposta de ser um edif\u00edcio extrovertido, que integra a paisagem circundante a seus ambientes de perman\u00eancia e trabalho.<\/p>\n
