Dentro de um s\u00edtio arqueol\u00f3gico, a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do museu recava um antigo grot\u00e3o de basalto recoberto pela sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo. Ao resgatar a primitiva natureza do lugar, essa interven\u00e7\u00e3o artificial exp\u00f5e a fenda de basalto e extrai a mem\u00f3ria enterrada de seus acontecimentos naturais e humanos.<\/p>\n

O edif\u00edcio Gyeonggi_do_Prehistory Museum, disposto transversalmente sobre o corte vertical, trata o territ\u00f3rio n\u00e3o apenas como um suporte natural, mas como espa\u00e7o conseq\u00fcente, estabelecendo um di\u00e1logo respeitoso e \u00edntimo entre os ambientes natural e edificados.<\/p>\n
