A partir do c\u00f3rrego dos Caraj\u00e1s, que corta seu territ\u00f3rio, o projeto estabelece a \u00e1gua como elemento estruturador das atividades do Complexo, dividido em quatro setores distintos, conectados entre si e com usos e ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares:<\/p>\n
