The reorganization of the Carandiru Complex and its surroundings, rather than requiring the prediction of macro-structural planning, must be defined in the particularity of their specific needs.<\/p>\n

From the Caraj\u00e1s stream, which crosses its territory, the project establishes water as a structuring element of the activities of the Complex, divided into four distinct sectors, connected with each other and with complementary uses and occupations:<\/p>\n

– Education Sector<\/p>\n

– Institutional Sector<\/p>\n

– Cultural and Social Sector<\/p>\n

– Recreational and Sports Sector<\/p>\n
