O projeto para a nova Sede Administrativa da CAPES-Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Aperfei\u00e7oamento de Pessoal de N\u00edvel Superior, no Distrito Federal, expressa o claro desejo de uma arquitetura fortemente representativa e fundamentada no uso e no desempenho de tecnologias que fortale\u00e7am o conforto interno e a qualidade ambiental.<\/p>\n

Respeitando as condi\u00e7\u00f5es morfol\u00f3gicas e topogr\u00e1ficas do lugar, o edif\u00edcio se estabelece sobre duas plataformas de acesso que, em cotas de n\u00edvel diversas, recebem os fluxos urbanos.<\/p>\n
