Dal Pian Architects receives 1st Prize in Saint-Gobain Architecture Awards

Dal Pian Architects design for the new Cultural Center for Events and Exhibitions in Paraty has won First Prize in Institutional Category of the Saint-Gobain Award, Special Edition 350.

The highlight is the relevance of the architectural design and the delicate insertion in the city, which does not compete with the movement of the landscape.

” Since every Cultural Center, due to the intrinsic nature of its activities, is an urban qualifier, the New Cultural Center for Events and Exhibitions in Paraty  should also become a generator of urbanity. In that sense, more than building an edifice, we should build a place.”
