Installation of the unitized façade system: graphite gray aluminum profiles, alternating glazed modules with opaque modules. The modulation of the panels was designed so that all units had the same percentage of natural lighting. From the inside of the building, the opaque modules are covered in white aluminum composite panel.
Work has also begun on the textured mass coating of the central void, the articulating space that give access to the office units.
