Revitalization of the Carandiru Complex

The reorganization of the Carandiru Complex and its surroundings, rather than requiring the prediction of macro-structural planning, must be defined in the particularity of their specific needs.
From the Carajás stream, which crosses its territory, the project establishes water as a structuring element of the activities of the Complex, divided into four distinct sectors, connected with each other and with complementary uses and occupations:
– Education Sector
– Institutional Sector
– Cultural and Social Sector
– Recreational and Sports Sector
