Along with its Distribution Center in Louveira, the project for Magazine Luiza’s administrative building seeks to highlight and emphasize the company’s presence in the horizontal landscape of the Bandeirantes Highway.
Seeking to incorporate nature into their work spaces, We propose a trasnparent building, external spaces and permeable to visual perspectives that the environment favors.
Internally, a central void with staggered gardens covered by a glass enclosure shaded by metal grids reinforces our prerogative to create extrovert character and unconventional environment for the workstation.
