The building site, in Campinas, with 16,171.36 m², has an extensive area of preserved native vegetation, and a sloped topographical condition. There were projected four residential towers with 12 floors each and a total of 176 apartments.
The site condition conducted the decision to create a large elevated terrace that integrates the ground floors of the buildings. In there, the collective leisure facilities for the residents were allocated, in a large living area.
The chromatic proposal – in which each tower received a different tone – personifies the buildings and highlights the whole complex in the landscape.
